MY QUANTIM 600 IS VERY HARD TO CONTROL AND TO STEER. THE STEERING WHIPS LIKE A LIGHT SWITCH. I MOVE THE JOY STICK VERY SLOWLY TO TURN AND THEN, THE CHAIR STARTS TO MOVE AND THEN IT WHIPS VERY FAST TO THE RIGHT OR LEFT.

THIS WHEELCHAIR THE QUNTUM 600 SHOULD BE TAKEN OFF THE MARKET AND NOT BE SOLD BECAUSE OF THE PERSONAL DANGER OF PEOPLE THAT NEED AND USE WHEELCHAIRS.
