I've had mine for 7 years. I like it a lot. Other disabled and elderly folks envy me. I use it every day. It has a variety of comfortable positions. Sustains a charge for a week of domestic use. I have trouble getting it serviced in McMinnville, Oregon (a city of 10,000 one hour from Portland.)
