Pros:
program-ability, suspension, shear adjustment, only one on market that has all these things
Cons:
bad batteries costs you a lot of torque, tech support at all levels sadly lacking

After a year and three months, I had the problems worked out and took delivery-bad battery cell. One of a kind chair on market today except Bounder which I prefer but get a fat checking account.
