This product is faulty when it comes to swiveling the seat and being able to sit "level" on the seat. My father purchased this product and is pleased with it if he is driving it but if you turn the seat 90 degrees either way the seat slants to the side and you begin to slowly slip out of the seat. If you turn the seat 180 degrees the seat leans to the front making you slide slowly out of the seat. I am very unhappy with this because he drives his scooter to the table to eat and then swivels his
