automotive wheel chair seat belts  
My parents are both needing to be transported by wheelchairs. I have just purchased a van equipped with a wheel chair lift, but it does not have any way to belt them in once they are in the van and in their wheelchairs. Is there a product that allows the wheelchair and its occupant to be belted into place inside the van?
