electronic stethoscopes or other ch... 
I have a slight hearing loss and breath sounds can be hard for me to hear distinctly and difficult to differentiate as well as heart sounds. Normal machine sounds in the room and people sounds can also affect my hearing.

I have used different "regular" stethoscopes but none do quite all that I think I need.
Any suggestions on product choices-pros and cons. Ultrascope (not the hearing impaired one) works the best.

Any advice would be appreciated

i have had the best experiences using littmann stethoscopes. i currently am using a cardiology 3 and have no complaints. as for additional amplification or filtering i think that the electronic model 3000 may be the stethoscope you are looking for. for more info here is the link on the 3m

I have head great things about theLittmann electronic stethoscope Universal medical lets you buy directly online and have the best prices around when compared to other suppliers. Hope this helps!
