kocosmomma -> medical supplies (3/1/2008 9:59:10 PM)

Hello
My mother suffers from leg ulcers. she has suffered with these for over 28 years. At one time she was receiving gauze, tape, distilled water, etc. from a company that would send enough supplies to last her about 3 weeks or so. I believe it was paid for by Medicaid and it would arrive through UPS. Does anyone know of any survice like this.
She has home care, which is just once a week, and they only bring enough supplies for them to use. She is on a very strict budget, and these supplies are expensive. she has to change the bandages at least twice a day, depending on how much drainage she has. Any help will be appreciated, and I thank you in advance.

Well, If you are seeking medical supplies like that, you can surely find what you're seeking at www.usmedicalsupplies.com.

They have sterile water, gauze and tape of many kinds. All of their prices are very cheap as well. And if you need any other type of medical supplies I'm sure they can suit your needs. If you ever have any trouble finding anything or need help in figuring out what you need, they have great customer service as well, so feel free to give them a call if you need to.

Hi kocosmomma,

Another great place to look for home medical supplies would be online at http://www.quickmedical.com. We have a huge selection of first aid supplies, including bandages, gauze, tape, etc. Better yet, contact us at 888.345.4858 and speak with someone about what sort of help we can offer. We offer a low price guarantee on all so there is a very good chance we'll have prices that meet your needs.

Thanks and hope this helps.
