medical alert alarms

I am trying to find a medical alert alarm system for my mother. I am wondering if anyone has experience in the area? I've done some research on the net, but there are a lot of choices. Which is the easiest, cheapest and quickest kind to get?

THere are several different types of Medical alarms available. Most concusmers never know which to choose. Below I have included a link to our alarm page.
Medical Alarms

PERS - allows the resident to live in the comfort of there own home. When they need help they press a button on a pendant they wear. This will contact a centralized call station and an operator will contact the responders or if needed the fire, police or ems.

Magnetic - This alarm is used more for individuals in wheelchairs that try to get up. When they get up the magnet looses its connection to the alarm and this will activate a sound.

Pull-pin - pretty much works the same as above.

Motion - Designed to monitor motion. If your resident tried to leave the bed or chair this alarm will sound it the invisivle light beam is broke.

Door - used to alarm if resident leave a room

There are several more types of alarms. I would need to know exactly what you are using the alarm for to give you the best recommendation. However the following alarm is most often used.

Wireless Personal Pager

GrannyKanning - everyone is probably going to have an opinion on the best, cheapest and quickest. Here is a very good and quality option for a medical alarm. Things to consider about these alarms are range, does it need to be charged, and any additional fees, etc. Quick Medical offers a lowest price guarantee on all products too.

Hope this helps and please give us a call if you have any questions at 888-345-4858
