water in concentrator line.  

It happens when the filters on each side of the concentrator are
dirty and can no longer breath........It has happened to me twice.
I know that it is my fault for not checking the filters......I hope this
helps.......I've had mine for five years and that is the ONLY time that
water gets in the line.........It backs up. And yes, there is a FILL line on
the water bottle. If you exceed that, it could also easily happen..

You should have a water trap inline.
