I just don't know what to say about this product. It was rated Number 1 by Consumer's Reports. It looks sleek and beautiful, has a substantial feel to it. It's easy to use. But I can take my BP in each arm twice within minutes and get four different readings with a 20 point range. I don't know whether it's me or the device! I got it because of erratic performance on other devices and it did not solve my problem. My physician says there is no reliable home device and this device seems to fit.

Based on positive reviews, I purchased this monitor, but it reads 14 to 20 points higher than actual BP at doctor's office. Doctor said to return it. I wouldn't recommend it.

It gives me a higher reading then my old one. Took it to the doctor's office. His reading was 130 over 70. This product was reading 159 over 80. Tried several time, just went higher.

I purchased the Omron Elite 7300W from Amazon after getting a top rating from Consumer Reports. It is an excellent monitor giving very consistent results. It is not only for women, it works well on men to large men.
Lack of accuracy

This particular unit was touted in Consumer Reports as the best one on the market, but I found it to be highly variable in its readings and consistently higher than blood pressure readings I would get in a doctor's office.
What? No AC adapter?

I purchased this item out of recommendation by "Consumer's Report" and again, what were they thinking? Why did it not have a port for the AC power adapter? Again, I am not sure if I even want to try out the product knowing that the battery power might be insufficient enough to provide Omron Women's Advanced Elite 7300W the power it needs to function. I am shocked by Consumer's Report incompetency. What if the batteries provided was not powerful enough to supply the automatic blood pressure monitor the performance it needs? I am very apprehensive in trying out that product.

This is a very good monitor to use on a especially when on vacation. Easy to set-up and has a "guest" function that allows a second person to take a blood pressure. Unfortunately, the "guest" function is not recorded. The readings seem to be correct compared to the standard equipment used by health care providers and a wrist monitor. The larger cuff seems to be less precise and takes some practice to use correctly. I've used other products is this is the best so far. It travels well and takes up little space (without carrying both cuffs).

This unit works well and is straight forward. While not up to a professional grade, it should do nicely for anyone needing to monitor their BP.

Monitor arrived earlier than indicated - always a plus. It is comfortable and seems to be consistent. Only minor issue is the velcro snags when put away and this makes putting it on slightly more difficult. By the way I am a male - don't know why it is marketed to women - works fine for men, too.

This product Omron Elite 7300W Womens Avanced Blood Pressure Monitor was highly rated by a consumer magazine and I now know why. It is easy to use, has convenient memory functions, and seems pretty accurate. Just keep in mind that, like all automated bp kits, the cuff squeezes (For a few moments)very uncomfortably hard. It has to in order to get an accurate reading.
